My room have a perfect location. It was very clean and i see they made it daily. The breakfast was ok and the team was helpfull. The hotel is well located and I found it was easy to walk to many restaurants from there.
It was broken and it took a age to get up and down. The staff in the bar seem to be oblivious. I see paying customers, but they dont care. The staff not great and some are quite rude I think.

it was a real trek waiting for one! also, i found some of the staff a bit indifferent. getting assistance reminded me of pulling teeth. it's a shame because otherwise it seemed like a decent spot, but those hiccups definitely detracted from the experience.

the hotel's location was just perfect. it was so easy to get around and see everything. our room was ready early, a great treat after a long flight. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! there was a great variety.
only one was working . this made getting up and down a bit of a hassle at times. i hope they fix it soon.

The hotel is very modern, with excellent amenities. The staff helped us resolve some travel issues we encountered. I appreciated how they went out of their way to help us, something . If I return, I will stay here again.
I found the hotel's gym a bit basic. It could benefit from additional equipment.
