perfect location clean room helpful team broken lift rude staff staff attitude
My room have a perfect location. It was very clean and i see they made it daily. The breakfast was ok and the team was helpfull. The hotel is well located and I found it was easy to walk to many restaurants from there.
I think the lifts in this hotel not working. It was broken and it took a age to get up and down. The staff in the bar seem to be oblivious. I see paying customers, but they dont care. The staff not great and some are quite rude I think.

faulty elevators indifferent staff
the elevators were acting up . it was a real trek waiting for one! also, i found some of the staff a bit indifferent. getting assistance was like pulling teeth. it's a shame because otherwise it seemed like a decent spot, but those hiccups definitely detracted from the experience.

the hotel's location was superb. i could easily reach all the attractions. the staff were super attentive and helpful. the gym had modern equipment and offered great views. i really liked the breakfast selection, the service was amazing!!!
the pool size was more suitable for cooling off, not really for swimming, but it still worked after those long walks.

The hotel is very modern, with excellent amenities. The staff helped us resolve some travel issues we encountered. I appreciated how they went out of their way to help us, something . If I return, I will stay here again.
I found the hotel's gym a bit basic. It could benefit from additional equipment.

The hotel is centrally located. It is very close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is located on the "Avenida Liberdade" avenue. This puts everything within a short walking distance. The location includes access to buses, the metro, bars, and restaurants.

Breakfast included the usual international options. I observed some Portuguese food and sparkling wine as part of the breakfast service. I ordered dinner one evening. The quality of the room service was good. The breakfast had a rich choice of food in very good quality.
